The fat component of Sephra Premium Chocolate is 100% cocoa butter. ALL Sephra Premium Chocolate is KOSHER DAIRY, GLUTEN AND TRANS FAT FREE. It does not harden at room temperature; as a pure chocolate product, Sephra Premium Chocolate must be tempered to be solid and shiny and to snap when broken at room temperature.

To melt the fondue, simply place the entire bag - do not cut, puncture or open the bag - in your microwave set at 50% power for a total of four minutes. Add melted chocolate directly to your fountain. Dispose of the empty bag; no mess, no utensils to wash.
