Beef up your network standards with this Cat6 bulk cable and rest assured that you will be future-proofed for a long time to come. This Cat6 (or category 6 cable) is a 4-twisted-pair construction made with 23 AWG wires and is capable of gigabit speeds. The jacket is made of a PVC material and is CM rated for in-wall installation. The increased gauge as well as a higher precision cable construction allows for better performance overall than Cat5e. Cat6 cables have a thicker gauge that protects against interference and gives you much better signal quality. Because of this Cat6 cable is rapidly becoming the new standard for Ethernet networks. The twisted pairs are twisted each at different frequencies to eliminate the possibility of cross talk. This cable is marked at every foot and comes in an easy pull box.
