- ✅This Russian shungite pendant is handmade-carved from a solid piece of natural authentic shungite stone. This is not a pressed stamped factory mold. The size of this pendant is approximately 1.6 to 0.4 inches. But the sizes of each pendant are unique and slightly different, because it is handmade. The mount of the necklace is made of stainless steel.
- ✅ Genuine Shungite stone has a natural distinctive feature. These are veins of Pyrite and Quartz. You can see these veins on the surface of the shungite pendant. These are not scratches or defects. This is a unique inimitable pattern from nature. These veins never have repetitions like human fingerprints. This makes each shungite pendant unique and personal.
- ✅ Attention! Please rinse your shungite pendant under running water and wipe the ends of the pendant with a soft, damp cloth before using it for the first time. A real shungite pendant may contain a small amount of shungite dust on its surface. This shungite dust is obtained as a result when the master carves a pendant from a single piece of shungite stone. Raw shungite stone looks like coal in Nature and may gets your hands dirty. This is a feature of natural Russian shungite stone.
- ✅ We polish the surface of each shungite pendant. The polished surface looks like a mirror and reflects light. This is not paint or plastic! Over time, the surface of your shungite pendant will become matte. This happens as a result of the friction of your pendant against your skin or your clothes. This is a natural process because shungite stone is a relatively soft mineral.
