This double-sided silicone mold has 5 channels on each side to make a total of 10 concentric rings of ice cream, chocolate or cake 10mm high (2 of each ring), whose sizes are--rounded up or down to the nearest 5-millimeter multiple--215mm (180mm hole), 175mm (140mm hole), 135mm (100mm hole), 95mm (60mm hole) and 55mm (20mm hole). The bulls-eye center (which doesnt make a ring, just a solid round piece), is 15mm. Overall size of mold 265mm. Temperature resistance -60C to 230C (-76F to 446F).
