Silver Spring Premium mobility carrier kit is a safe and cost-effective way to haul a powerchair with a vehicle hitch. Each mobility travel kit includes a hitch mobility carrier, Swing-Away arm, built-in loading ramp, easy to grip spring pin handles, retractable tie-downs, and a water-resistant travel cover. The folding mobility carrier supports up to 500 lbs on a 46.5" x 28" usable platform which is loaded and unloaded using an integrated 59" long ramp. A powerchair is secured to the carrier platform with two 6 ft x 2" adjustable retractable tie-down straps. Exclusively designed spring pull pins featuring easy-grip handles lock the loading ramp in an upright position for travel. The Swing-Away arm connects the mobility carrier to the hitch receiver and enables the carrier to swing away from the vehicle for easy access to a rear hatch, tailgate, or trunk. Includes a water-resistant 44" x 23" x 38" powerchair cover for added protection from the elements. Built tough with reinforced steel construction and a durable black paint finish for years of reliable use. The mobility hitch carrier is compatible with 2" Class III or IV vehicle trailer hitches.
