This is the genuine replacement remote for the Simmons Nuflex Adjustable Base. As of 2018 Simmons discontinued the old remote and replaced it with the current black remote without a Simmons logo. The same remote works for two bases (one from Serta) so they were able to save on skus at the factory. If your old remote's buttons or the word "Massage" are in different places or if your old remote (or base control box) has 4 pins behind the battery cover this remote will not be compatible with your base. This remote has 6 numbered pins behind the battery cover which correspond with your base to synchronize. Also you can get the 12-17 digit serial number located on a cross bar between the two feet near the foot of the bed base and contact me.
