This clamp-style sliding patio door handle set is constructed of extruded aluminum, steel and diecast components, and it includes an inside and outside pull. The inside pull has a 3/4 in. thick base, and the pull projects a total of 2 inches towards the inside of the home. It features a durable steel latch with a 1/4 in. hook profile and a 1/2 in. projection. It comes in a painted white finish and features a wood grain detail with a white latch lever. The exterior diecast pull also comes in a painted white finish, and although it comes non-keyed, Prime-Line Products does manufacture other components that can convert this set to a keyed locking handle set. The handle set mounts on the surface of the sliding door frame and it does not require a keeper, as it clamps onto the lip of the door’s outer frame. The mounting holes for this handle set are spaced at 4-15/16 inches (center to center), and it is a non-handed handle set that can be mounted on both left-hand and right-handed sliding doors. This patio door handle set is used by many patio door manufacturers. All fasteners necessary for installation of this item are included within packaging.
