The Sling Shot Push Up is specifically designed to assist people in doing a push-up properly. It will spring your body upwards out of the bottom of the push-up and encourage full range of motion. If you currently do "knee push-ups" or don't go to full range of motion, this product will help you scale your push-ups to perfect form. It can also be utilized on bench press and dips. What makes it different than a regular Sling Shot? The middle is double-layered and the width is 2.5 inches smaller to sit differently on your chest, which ensures a better fit for push-ups and gives you the proper amount of support. The Sling Shot Push Up will allow even the weakest person to perform the perfect push-up.
