- Unique snakeskin pattern gives this wood its name. This is one of the hardest/densest woods in the world.
- Snakewood has a Janka Hardness rating of 3800 lb(f)
- Sold as a bookmatched pair cut from a single block. Sold as a pair. Each is at least 5" x 1-1/2" x 3/8". Use sealer to bring out the color and close the pores when finishing.

Snakewood grows along the coastal regions of northeast South America. Its name derives from its patterned appearance. This is one of the hardest/densest woods in the world. Use sealer to close the pores when finishing.
