Snellen Eye Chart, Red and Green Bar Visual Acuity Test, 20 Foot Test Distance

This Snellen 20' test distance eye chart includes red and green color bars for an easy and helpful color vision testing.

This eye chart is made of high impact polystyrene that is easy to clean and is durable. The physical size of this Snellen test chart is 17"x 11" and can be optionally wall mounted. This eye test chart is compatible with the Precision Vision LED 960 Illuminator Cabinet and the 914 Illuminator Cabinet.

This Snellen 20' test distance eye chart uses true Snellen optotypes for acuity vision testing. C, D, E, F, L, O, P, T optotypes feature defined serifs on each letter, making them unique to Snellen. These optotypes also fit in a 5×5 grid, also designed by Herman Snellen.

This Snellen eye chart also features Snellen equivalents on the sides for accurate vision recording. This traditional Snellen chart is great for school vision screenings, as it also incorporates a red and green bar for color vision testing.
