- Note: Please plug the USB receiver into your computer before testing, otherwise the keyboard backlit will shut off rapidly (about 1~2 seconds) without sensing a connection signal. This will make it impossible to test the backlight function. This is a routine setting, not a product defect issue.
- Regarding Key Stuck: If a single keycap is sticking or jammed, gently pry up the keycap from the top. Inspect the key switch and keycap for foreign objects or burrs. Remove any debris with tweezers, then reinstall the keycap to restore normal spring action.
