This is made out of real Japanese Lower Sodium Soy Sauce
Contains: Soy Sauce (Fermented Soybeans, Wheat, and Salt) and Maltodextrin.
Use for BBQ Rubs/Smoking Salmon and on your meats.
Excellent to thicken a sauce without having to deal with the liquid of actual soy sauce.
It has a concentrated flavor and therefore has a mildly intense, but Full bodied soy taste to it.
When diluted, it has 520mg of sodium per tablespoon, which is the same as Yamasa Green Cap soy sauce.
