- SIZE CORRECTLY: The Spectra Silicone Massager Insert adjusts the size of a flange that is too large. It changes either the 24mm or 28mm flange to 22mm.
- ADDS CUSHION: This massager can be inserted into the funnels just before expressing, to help cushion and massage the breasts. This helps stimulate the milk ducts around the areola and breasts to increase milk flow and stimulate an earlier let down.

2. Secure the lip of the insert around the outside brim of the breast shield.
3. Begin to pump on massage mode in which three waving lines are on the screen and the cycle is fixed at 70.
4. Clean only with warm, soapy water and let air dry in between pumping sessions.
