Description
- Precision Pinion-Centered Design: Engineered with unequal-length axle tubes for ideal driveline alignment; pinion centered with offset pumpkin for improved fitment and balance.
- Durable Fabricated Construction: Features a heavy-duty plate-steel center section and 3-inch O.D. axle tubes with 3/16-inch wall thickness to minimize flex and distortion.
- High-Strength Bearing Ends: Equipped with billet steel “New Big Compatible with Ford” (Torino) style bearing ends with a 3.150-inch O.D. bearing and 2.50-inch axle flange offset for reliability.
- Improved Cooling and Performance: Large-capacity fabricated center holds more gear oil than stock housings for reduced heat and enhanced lubrication under load.
- Complete Ready-to-Assemble Housing: Measures 49 inches flange-to-flange (54 inches hub-to-hub) and includes vent, third-member studs, and T-bolts for bearing retainers.
