Description
- Corrects Oversensitive Steering – Designed to resolve twitchy or overly quick steering when using a GM Type I power steering pump with a Compatible with Mustang II power rack and pinion.
- Reduces Fluid Flow Output – Lowers pump flow from 3 GPM to 2 GPM, providing smoother and more controlled steering response in custom or retrofit applications.
- Adapter for Hose Conversion – Converts 16mm O-ring hose connections to traditional 5/8-inch inverted flare, simplifying integration with different hose styles.
- Compatible With O-Ring Style Systems – Intended for use with pumps and hoses utilizing O-ring seals; can be paired with the recommended adapter insert for expanded compatibility.
- Direct GM Pump Installation – Installs in the rear of early GM power steering pumps to regulate pressure and flow, improving drivability when combined with Compatible with Mustang II steering setups.
