Splat | Pastel Mixer Kit | White Cream Base 6 oz. | Semi-Permanent Hair Dye | Vegan and Cruelty-Free

Select any Splat Hair Color Kit with your Pastel Mixer. Follow all directions and precautions in the Splat Hair Color Kit. Hair must be a pale blonde or bleached to a pale blonde for pastel colors to show. Make sure hair is clean and dry before starting the color process. Pour a generous amount of the white Pastel Mixer into the tray provided. Start adding some of the Splat Color into the tray and stir. Keep adding color until you reach the desired shade. Use hair color brush to apply color to hair. Leave in hair for 30 to 60 minutes, then rinse out with cool water. Do not over process.
