The Eagle Tournament Horseshoe is St. Pierre's new premiere horseshoe and is designed for Tournament level play and for players who want to improve their game. The Eagle is manufactured in the US from the highest quality, US forged steel and carries a one year breakage guarantee. The Eagle has been designed with maximum weight in the tips for smooth, accurate throws, larger one inch hooks that are designed to grab an official one inch stake, and a large ringer breaker and smooth inside edge that leads the stake right down to the large hooks for more ringers. For the flip throwers, there is a thumb positioner to help grab the shoe and control the pitch while the low profile of the toe cleat allows for a smooth release. The Eagle is powder coated with a grip finish that allows for more controlled throws and a coating that helps resist corrosion and chipping. This horseshoe is approved for tournament play by the National Horseshoe Pitcher's Association (NHPA). The St. Pierre family has been forging horseshoes in the US since 1925.
