Painful Pleasures 18g Pin Taper is an essential piercing accessory for new and old piercings. It has a pin on one side of the tool so you can put in/change out jewelry in one quick, smooth motion. Measures 1-inch long and 1.05mm at its thickest point and 0.5mm at its thinnest point.

The pin taper is made out of polished 316L, ASTM F-138 Implant-Grade Stainless Steel. This top-of-the-line steel has low carbon and nickel content, which is essential when dealing with piercings. It's recommended that you use a water-based lubricant or stretching balm when using the insertion pin for even easier application.
