The 1/72 Scale X-Wing Model Kit features the following: adjustable wings, adjustable canopy, seated pilot figure and droid figures complete with interchangeable heads, display mount and boarding ladder parts. The X-Wing kit contains the parts for Red 1, Red 2, Red 3, or Red 5; the kitÃ¢s decals designed to indicate a pristine or weathered look. The X-Wing is a standard Rebel Fleet-issue vessel---an answer to the standard TIE Fighter. The X-Wing is built to accommodate a pilot and an astromech droid. The X-Wing features single fire, dual fire or even quad fire capacity. Luke Skywalker made excellent use of the X-Wing during the battle of Yavin: interweaving through random fire of TIE Fighters, Skywalker maneuvered along the trenches of the Death Star, ultimately performing an impossible shot, via an exhaust port, to reach the Death StarÃ¢s reactor.
