Description

  • Heavy Duty: The buckle of our hose clamps is welded to increase breaking torque by 60%. The non-perforated band prevents deforming and stripping if over-torque. They provide superior clamping force and safe sealing. Failure torque: 65 lb-in, recommended installation torque: 40-45 lb-in.
  • SAE Standard: These embossed hose clamps're designed by German. Meet SAE J 1508 standards. 5/16" slotted screw hex head for nut driver fast installation!
  • Protect Your Hoses: The roll-up band edge and non-perforated band design prevents soft hoses from cutting and extruding through the notches, especially for rubber and silicone hoses.
  • All 304 Stainless Steel: The screw, band and buckle are made of 304 SS. Neutral Salt Spray Test: 100 hours. To keep smooth worm drive, the screw should be plated with a thin layer of zinc to prevent metal grinding and micro welding when clamp is torqued at high speed and heat is generated.
