Description
- Heavy Duty: The bottom of housing is welded to increase breaking torque by 60%. The non-perforated band prevents deforming and stripping if over-torque. Our hose clamps provide superior clamping force and safe sealing.
- SAE Standard: Designed by German, meets SAE J 1508 standards. All 5/16"screw hex head for nut driver fast installation! Failure Torque: 60 lb-in, installation Torque: 35 lb-in.
- Protect Your Hoses: The roll-up band edge and embossed band design prevent hoses from cutting and extruding through the notches.
- All 304 Stainless Steel: The screw, band and buckle housing are made of 304 SS. To keep smooth worm drive, the screw should be plated with a thin layer of zinc to prevent metal grinding or micro welding when clamp is torqued at high speed.
