Peel and stick - NO GLUE NEEDED. Garage Door Threshold helps to keep out snow, dirt, leaves and other debris. It also helps to hold back water from getting under the garage door. Garage Door Threshold cuts down on heat loss from heated areas as well. Garage Door threshold seal, along with the correct garage door bottom seal will provide an excellent seal of the garage door to the floor. This is a very robust product, dense EDPM rubber that is hard, yet flexible. It does not compress when driven over. Very easy to install. We provide 4" longer lengths so you can achieve the perfect fit for your particular application. Product cuts with a sharp utility knife. Detailed instructions included. Utility knife, pencil & cleaning supplies are the only tools required for installation. Meets CA fire marshal and CPIA-84 requirements for flame resistance - MSDS sheets available upon request.
