- Premium Quality Control: This PLA filament has a diameter of 1.75mm and net weight of 1kg, meticulously vacuum-sealed with silica desiccant for optimal storage, with rigorous production quality control including triple filament diameter feedback mechanism ensuring deviations as rare as 1 in 10,000
- Recommended Print Settings: For 3D printing with Cura, use layer height 0.2-0.3mm, heated bed temperature of 55-60C, nozzle temperature range of 220-230C, printing speed between 25-300mm/s, retraction lengths of 3-5mm, retraction speeds of 40-50mm/s, support flow of 70%, and Z top distance of 0.3mm for optimal results with minimal stringing and warping
- Tangle Prevention and Storage: To prevent filament tangling, secure the filament end in the spool's designated hole or another secure location after 3D printing, and if the filament end slips past during extrusion, rewind the filament to check for any potential tangles
