  • Safe To Use - Each workout rope has a Black or Orange elastic sleeve to protect the band from damage. If the band breaks while in use, the sleeve keeps it from snapping at you or other people.
  • Easy Set Up - All you need are sturdy poles for anchoring the exercise ropes and you’ll be ready to train in no time. Or, have someone hold the bands from the other side so both of you can work out.
