  • Please note: you will have to assemble to get the desired look We vacuum pack the foam to reduce on shipping cost. You will have to give the foam 1-2 days to come back to its original shape. It will look a little misshaped and not measure to correct size until after you let it expand back out.

  • Return: For All Custom Orders - Since this is a custom cut foam pieces, they are not returnable for any reason. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. For sanitary reasons- all foam products are not returnable if original packaging is opened. All unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, (excluding shipping/handling costs, Paypal or Billpoint fees) if the customer emails for Return Authorization within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and handling. A restock fee of 20% would apply. All claims for damage or defects must be made at time of delivery with carrier.
