Description

  • European Design and Durability: Made in Italy with 304-grade stainless steel construction that provides long-lasting durability. Designer knobs are made from heavy-duty brass and aluminum in a round design and steel finish for a modern look. Heavy-duty brass and aluminum knobs are featured at the front of the cooktop. Solid cast iron grate supports heavy cookware and sustainability. Constructed with a smooth edge design this cooktop provides added safety and blends cleanly into countertops.
  • Multi-Purpose Design: The GCJ4SS four-burner gas cooktop features a rapid burner, two semi-rapid burners, and an auxiliary burner for a versatile cooking experience. Ranging from 3,400 BTU to the highest BTU of 10,000 - this cooktop allows for various cooking applications. From melting chocolate at a low heat to cooking stir fry at a high heat - this cooktop is the all-purpose cooking option.
  • Easy to Install: While the unit size measures 2.88" H x 23.63" W x 20.13" D, it can seamlessly fit into counter spaces sized at 22.0" W x 18.88" D. Perfect fit for smaller spaces such as small apartments, cabin homes, kitchen islands, luxury kitchens, and compact kitchens. A standard three-pronged 115V cord is pre-installed for easy hookup. The cooktop uses electronic spark ignition and is preset for natural gas operation, but it can be converted to LP with the included kit.
  • Safety Features: Knobs can be found at the front of the unit for added safety, to prevent users from reaching over the hot burner to adjust the temperature. The gas cooktop requires you to turn the knob to the "full-on" position before pushing down, waiting for the ignition, and adjusting to your preferred heating level. This offers added protection to prevent the cooktop from being accidentally turned on.
  • Our flame failure protection automatically turns off gas after 12 seconds when the flame is extinguished to prevent a build-up of dangerous flammable gas.
  • Easy to Clean: The 304-grade stainless-steel surface can be easily cleaned with any common stainless steel cleaner. The sealed burner prevents food and liquid from falling into the ports to avoid an added mess. Indicator markings have been laser engraved to ensure they will not diminish by any cleaning or rubbing for worry-free cleaning.
