Subject to the terms, exclusions and limitations herein, SuperSprings International, Inc. warrants to the initial purchaser only that its SuperSprings product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for as long as said purchaser owns the vehicle upon which the product was installed; excluding all commercial applications. All commercial applications are warrantied for a term of 3 years commencing upon the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty shall only apply to products purchased from a SuperSprings authorized seller that is subject to and follows SuperSprings’ quality controls, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
