- 1-7/8 inch length dispenser bulb. This is the light on the front of a freezer that comes on when getting ice or water via the door dispenser. If the bulb burns out immediately upon installation then there may be a short in the socket or the control.
- Before installing make sure the socket is dry or you could burn the bulb out on contact. To do this, unplug the refrigerator and dry the area with a paper towel. Screw in the new bulb and plug the refrigerator back in. This will help prevent the bulb from burning out immediately.
