Q:Can I use a printer with Edible Ink which has previously been used with regular ink?
A:No. Residue ink in the print head may be harmful to your health. We recommend using a new printer exclusively for Edible Ink.
Q:How do I set my printer for print quality?
A:We recommend setting the print quality of your printer to "High" resolution.
Q: Can I refill my edible ink cartridges?
A:No. Our edible ink cartridges cannot be refilled. Supricolor's Edible Ink cartridges are very inexpensive and do not justify the messy work of refilling. Edible Ink cartridges have a shelf life of 12 months after which the foam inside the cartridge has to be replaced. This, in term, requires a new cartridge.
