The Stickhandling Ball Set has everything you need to develop an unbelievable set of hands. Each ball serves a different purpose or skill. The Muscle Ball is heavier than a regulation puck and is used to help with strength training. The SkillzBall is about the same weight as a puck (4.16 oz) and is used for skill repetition refining stickhandling movement patterns. The third ball, the Speedball is lighter than a puck and helps the player to learn proper stickhandling technique using the top hand wrist roll.
