The infant insert sets containing 1x infant insert, 1x crotch cover, 2x belt covers and 3x sensory replacement balls those are one crinkle ball, one bell ball and one reflective mirror ball. Please note to tear off and throw away the film that covered on the mirror ball due to choking hazards by the film, the film is just package material. A fixed hook on the top of the insert to keep it in position of the baby swing.Toy bar not included.
