Description

【Application】This product is used to test the corrosion resistance of the electrodeposited coating of many kinds of metallic materials.
【With Pressure Gauge】The Salt Spray Machine has a pressure gauge to show the pressure inside the chamber so that you can make adjustment when the inside pressure is not within the normal range.
【With Detection System】 Intelligent control panel with digital display. Each function has its own switch. When a fault occurs, the corresponding indicator will light up.
【Made of High Quality Material 】The body of the machine is made of ABS and the cover of the machine is made of thickened PVC. Make sure the temperature not higher than the test standard range to avoid overheating deformation.
【Stable Heating and uniform Mist Spray】 The U shape heating element is made of titanium. The fiberglass nozzle is hidden in a tower tube which is connected with a tapered diffuser. The mist is sprayed from the diffuser to make sure the mist will falls on the test piece evenl.
