ScantronTM Compatible Form 815-E 15 question quiz strip forms. Dimensions: 4.25""x 5" Alignment notch at top left corner allows for easy alignment of many papers at once. There are 15 multiple choice A-E or T/F questions one each side allowing the test form to be used twice! 1-15 on the front, 1-15 on back. These are 100% compatible with the Scantron 888P+ Scanners. These forms may either be used as a test forms or test keys by filling out the appropriate bubble above the first question. These forms have been fully tested in ScantronTM branded OCR scanning machines. The ink and paper is 100% compatible with ScantronTM branded scanning machines and will not affect any warranty.
