- Features of the Meat Probe: We use a 3-layer compression interface (stainless steel cable and probe connection location) to make our probes more waterproof and more rugged, as well as IPX7 and waterproof probes and stainless steel cable. The meat probe is made of food grade stainless steel. Monitor meat temperature or grill temperature. The buck probe design provides accurate, fast temperature sensing and alerts you to temperature changes in seconds.

The plug has a diameter of 3.5mm (0.14inches) and a length of 0.55inches (14mm). The probe is bent (R 25°). The probe can withstand temperatures up to 1000°F (500°C), the stainless steel cable can withstand temperatures up to 718℉（380℃）.
