A loving tribute to one of America's most iconic bards for his 75th birthday in 2012 by one of folk music's most beautiful voices. Award-winning singer and songwriter Anne Hills celebrates her friend and recurrent collaborator Tom Paxton on a newly recorded 12-track CD of all-Paxton material that includes three duets with Tom -- on Early Snow,
Hold On To Me, Babe and When Princes Meet& -- and a new Paxton co-write, Redemption Road. Paxton, who holds a Lifetime Achievement Grammy among other honors, was a major inspiration to Anne at 15 when she first heard his music in the Seventies. Tom, Anne and fellow singer-songwriter Bob Gibson formed the shortlived folk supergroup Best of Friends in the early Eighties -- a live CD is available -- and Tom and Anne also recorded the highly regarded CD Under American Skies.
