- The humidity sensor has three levels to choose from (low, medium, high) to suit specific ventilation needs of the room. Bypass the humidity sensor by manually turning the fan off when it is on.
- Time delay of 20 minutes; features a manual ON/OFF switch to bypass the humidity sensor.

The TOPGREENER TDHS5 is a humidity sensor switch that automatically controls the ventilation fan to reduce humidity and moisture in the air. Equipped with a humidity sensor, you no longer must keep your bathroom fan running all day after a shower to get rid of the condensation in the air! The humidity sensor works by detecting moisture in the air to automatically turn the ventilation fan on or off based on the moisture level. The ventilation fan will continue to operate for 30 minutes or until the humidity in the room has reduced. Perfect for bathrooms, laundry rooms, spas, or any other room with high humidity levels, the TDHS5 will help make your space more comfortable and energy-efficient. The TDHS5 Humidity Sensor Switch features an interchangeable face cover design that allows for easy cosmetic changes without replacing the entire unit. White (comes attached), black, and light almond face covers are included. A decorator wall plate in white is also included. A neutral wire is required for installation. This wall switch is for single-pole use only. 120VAC, 3A max fan load. UL-listed.
