Unlike most earl greys, we use only the finest Darjeeling tea and add to it the zest bergamot citrus from sunny Southern Italy. Tea temple: 1 per person. HOT: Infuse in boiling water. Brew for 3 plus minutes. Whole leaves take longer to brew, but the little wait is definitely worth it. Delicate: no milk, or just a dash if you must. ICED: Just cover one tea temple with boiling water and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove temple and top-up glass with iced water. Garnish with lemon.
