Instructions: To install, follow the instruction in your Springfield Owner's Manual; Remove the slide from the frame of the side, then separate the barrel and recoil spring assembly from the slide. Next, following the instructions provided with your Techna Clip; Remove the factory installed slide cover plate located on the rear of the slide and install the drilled and tapped slide cover plate that has been provided with your Techna Clip.
