CUSTOM DESIGN: The Tekonsha trailer brake controller brake wiring harness is designed to make connecting your brake controller to your vehicle quick and easy. These harnesses fit into any Tekonsha brake controller with a Plug & Play port.
EASY INSTALLATION: Tekonsha’s Plug & Play design lets you use the wiring harness to easily connect your brake controller to your vehicle, no cutting, splicing, or taping required. Simply follow the vehicle specific instructions included to install.
PROTECTED WIRING: The four copper wires are covered with a braided mesh to give a factory-installed look. The covering provides protection from damage like nicks and punctures, keeping the wires safe from elevated temperatures and potential shorts.
VERSATILE: This Tekonsha brake controller wiring kit works with every activation type whether it be proportional or time-based brake controllers in the Tekonsha line.
VEHICLE FIT: Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango.

All vehicle specific brake control wiring harnesses are available in 1-Plug or 2-Plug styles. 1-Plug units are designed for brake controls manufactured with electrical wiring mounted on the back of the unit, otherwise known as a pigtail. Wiring harnesses must be spliced into the existing pigtail to allow the vehicle specific plug to be installed. 2-Plug units are designed for brake controls that have a wiring port built into the back of the unit. Simply plug the brake control end of the wiring harness into the back of the brake control and the vehicle end into the automobile's port. Brake controls that utilize the 2-plug style of wiring harness will be identified with the Plug and Play logo.
