The Best Of Down To The Bone

Hailed as the kings of the next generation of UK jazz groove bands, the unique ensemble known as Down to the Bone has made a considerable impact both in their home county and in the U.S. Celebrating 10 years of groove in anticipation of a new album in the spring of 2007, this one features rarities, remixes, and hits from the Narada Jazz vault. Their debut album, From Manhattan to Staten, rocked the U.S. charts in 1996 and paved the way for the acid jazz collective featuring musical mastermind Stuart Wade to successfully release five more albums from which this collection is derived. The CD features out of print and hard to find tracks by the UK collective.
