The Happy Lion Roars

The Horn Book Magazine hoped several more would make it back into print. Alfred A. Knopf is now thrilled to re-issue another long-lost Fatio/Duvoisin classic. Originally published in 1957, The Happy Lion Roars offers the same "superb melding of text and illustrations" that made its predecessor so beloved (Horn Book), this time telling of how our hero's loneliness is cured when he spots a beautiful lioness at the local circus.
