The 23rd edition of the Sanford Guide to HIV/AIDS Therapy presents the current state of HIV medicine,
including new once-daily combination drugs for treatment of HIV-1 and revised protocols for diagnostic
testing for HIV-1 and HIV-2. Drug information has been reorganized for improved use. Sections on
opportunistic infections and differential diagnosis of AIDS-related syndromes have been revised
extensively to focus on infections and syndromes relevant in 2015. Diagnostic sections have been updated
to reflect currently approved tests and data on resistance mutations. New references have been added
throughout.
