- CHEATER LENS WARNING | You can only put cheaters inside the flip up part of this welding hood - And it will only fit if you use a thinner lens. This means you cannot use a Ridge Products adjustable lens, only single shade / fixed passive lenses. If you need help verifying if it will fit, reach out to us.
- HARD HAT ADAPTERS | This hood is compatible with the speedyloop hard hat adapter from Honeywell / Fibre-Metal. It is also compatible with headgear from Honeywell / Fibre-Metal. It has plenty of room inside the hood, and comes with lockers, so you can be sure it wont drop down on / past your face while welding. A great hard hat welding hood option.
- SOLID Built-In Flip Up | This pipeliner welding hood comes with a built-in flip up. It's not just some adapter, but a solid pre-engineered piece built in from the factory. It will never come loose, and is built for the worst conditions possible. Since it's built in from the factory, it's also quite slim. Even though it's heavy duty, it only sticks out 9/16", so it won't get in your way while welding.
- Fits Any Thick Or Thin Lens | Many other welding helmets have very thin flip ups, so you can't fit some types of auto darkening lenses. This hood fixes that, and can fit ANY thickness of welding lens, even ones 0.3" thick. This makes it perfect for the new Duke Adjustable 1.0 from Ridge Products.
- Built In Retainer - Never Lose Parts | Other hoods have cheap plastic parts, that get lost or break, to keep the lenses in place. This hood has a built in METAL retainer, that holds your lenses much more securely, and can never be lost, since it's built into the hood itself.
