She pulled her legs out of his grasp and glared. â€œThatâ€™s what you said, but you didnâ€™t explain what it means â€“ or ask if I even wanted to be your mate.â€

Gabe opened his mouth, but Adrian cut him off. â€œIt means you're the woman of our pack â€“ the only woman â€“ and youâ€™ll give us all pups. Mineâ€™ll be first, I bet.â€

Sibyl touched her lower belly and widened her eyes. Children? Pups? Who would want to have kids with her?

â€œI never saidâ€“â€

â€œI chose you,â€ Gabe said and stood up. He threw a frown in Adrianâ€™s direction, and the black haired wolf scowled. â€œIâ€™ve watched you for the past year, Sibyl. I knew youâ€™d be the one to complete our pack.â€

How could she believe that? After years of rejection, years of never being good enough, or thin enough, how could three beautiful men all want her? Three beautiful werewolves, actually.

â€œWhy didnâ€™t you just chose a female werewolf? Iâ€™m not even one of you.â€

â€œNot yet,â€ Adrian rumbled.

Gabeâ€™s fingers trailed down her leg to the bite heâ€™d given her the night before. â€œThis will help fix it.â€

Sibylâ€™s eyes widened. â€œIâ€™m going to turn into a wolf?â€ she gasped and cuddled back into the couch, as if it could protect her.

Adrian snorted. â€œNo. Unfortunately, but youâ€™ll get some of our senses and our appetites.â€

â€œAnd youâ€™ll be able to handle birthing werewolf children,â€ Gabe put in with a slow smile.

That didnâ€™t make her feel better, but at least she wasnâ€™t going to turn hairy during the full moon.

â€œThere arenâ€™t any women werewolves,â€ Jonathan said. â€œWe have to mate with humans, and our alpha knew you were perfect for us because he could smell you. We can all smell you,â€ he said and his lips slipped into a seductive smile.

Smell her? Theyâ€™d said the same thing last night. Talk about a way to make a girl self-conscious!

â€œI donâ€™t stink,â€ she mumbled and pulled the robe tighter.

Gabe chuckled. â€œThatâ€™s not what we meant. Youâ€™re fragrance is divine, darling. Believe us. Itâ€™s a little hard to resist at times.â€
