- LARGE CUTTING BOARD - Measuring 18 x 12 x 1/2 inches, our cutting boards are large enough to cut and chop meals for the family, but small enough to fit in dishwashers, cabinets and drawers. Boards weigh 3 pounds and resist slipping on most surfaces.
- RESTAURANT GRADE HDPP - BPA free, 3/4" thick high density polypropylene (HDPP) is food service approved, NSF certified and is superior to HDPE and consumer grade polyethylene (PE).
- SOLID WHITE COLOR - Use for prepping vegetables, fruits, meats or fish. All Thirteen Chef plastic cutting boards are rated for commercial dishwashers and NSF stamped for food service use.
- DISHWASHER SAFE - Can tolerate restaurant or home dishwashers up to 200F. Note that hot pans and ovens WILL MELT any plastic cutting boards. Also, serrated knives and cleavers will scar and cut the surface of the board.

Poly Plastic Cutting Board for Food Service
Equip your food service establishment or just home kitchen with a professional grade poly cutting board. Made from industrial grade high density polypropylene (HDPP), these boards will outlast even the typical restaurant cutting board. The extra 1/4" thick plastic provides added weight to prevent slipping and sliding while cutting, carving or prepping for service.
Easy to maintain, HDPP poly cutting boards can withstand temperatures up to 215 degrees Fahrenheit, making these the highest temp plastic boards available on the market. As reference, most commercial dishwashers run at 185F and home dishwashers at 165F. In comparison, HDPE plastic boards are rated to 185F and have a tendency to warp when run extra hot.
Made from specialized high density material, our boards will not pick up stains from typical foods such as tomatoes, wine or other high acid products. As well, our poly is non porous and resists picking up odors, smells and is impervious to most chemicals. (Please note, do not apply bleach directly to cutting board as all plastics will be degraded when exposed to undiluted bleach).
