TiAL V60D 60mm Wastegates are a specialize version of the V60 intended for use in the drag and professional motorsport circuits. These wastegates feature an advanced diaphragm tailored for use with direct high pressure compressed gas and CO2 actuation. The re-designed inverted reinforced diaphragm is now 25% smaller than before, resulting in direct pressure control, compact actuator size, lighter weight and faster fill rates. The new advanced diaphragm is capable of handling 8 bar (120 psi) of control pressure.

Just like the traditional V60, these TiAL wastegates are constructed from high temperature alloys for the valves and lower housings, CNC machined billet aluminum actuator housings and Nitronic 60 valve guides and seats. These high temperature materials were selected for their unique combination of high corrosion, wear and galling resistance properties. The billet aluminum actuator housing is lightweight and currently only available anodized black. The TiAL V60D Wastegate is available with two base spring pressures: 3 psi and 6 psi. All TiAL wastegates are designed to optimize actuator-to-valve area ratio to provide maximum control and a wide dynamic flow capacity.
