Trader Joe's Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps

This is a unique and unusual cracker which serves equally well as a snack on its own and as an accompaniment to cheeses and dips
These very crisp bites are full of pumpkin flavor, which is accented with cranberries and thyme; try them with mild cheeses such as Brie and Goat Cheese or give them a whirl with something a little stronger! Melt a little cheese over them under the broiler or take them along with you as a snack with a little sweetness.
