- FOR PACK PANNIERS AND SADDLE PANNIERS - This 22" cinch is ideal for securing your pack or saddle panniers underneath the belly of your pack horse or mule.
- MEASUREMENTS - 2-1/2" wide felt padding and 2" wide 4-ply nylon webbing. Pannier attachment straps are 1-1/2" wide by 37" long.
- DOUBLE RING ADJUSTMENT - The pannier attachment straps incorporate a double ring adjustment for ease of use.
- COMPATIBLE - This cinch is compatible with TrailMax and Outfitters Supply Pack and Saddle Panniers, as well as many other standard pack and saddle panniers.

The 22" long cinch is ideal for securing pack panniers underneath the belly. Straps with double dees allow you to use the bottom rings on your pack or saddle panniers to add stability to your loads. Heavy 5/16" thick by 2-1/2" wide felt padding is sewn to 2" wide, 4-ply nylon webbing. Adjustable attachment straps are 1-1/2" wide x 37" long.
