  • FIT MOST WESTERN & ENDURANCE RIDING SADDLES-The Over-The-Saddle Panniers fit most Western & endurance saddles without shifting or flapping. These panniers work well for hunters or weekend back-country packers, and are designed to fit our PolyPac inserts (sold separately) which provide structure and protection for your gear/load.
