truRoots Organic Germinated Brown Rice (GBR) has a nutty, slightly sweet flavor than regular brown rice. It also has a softer chew – somewhere between white and brown rice. Cooking time is about 1/3 of regular brown rice. Organic Germinated brown rice contains much more fiber than conventional brown rice, has twice the amount of GABA (naturally-occurring amino acid gamma-aminobutyric acid) as regular brown rice and 10 times the amount of white rice.
