1.Clothes should be clean and flat
2.Set iron to "COTTON" 400 degrees for a few minutes
3.Place the patches over the garment with embroidery facing up
4.Put fabric over the patches and iron on the fabric for 30 seconds
5.Turn the clothes inside out and iron the back of the patches for 30 seconds
6.Let it cool for a few minutes. If edge of patch can be lifted, repeat step 5
7.A few stiches can make the application permanent
